Q. What is eCareerCenter.com?
A. We help you find Job Leads by using a variety of online Job Search technologies, top resume writers and research professionals. This is your team who work on your Job Search from beginning to end.
Q. How does it work?
A. You Hire Us by selecting the Package that best suits you. We assign an adviser to you. That adviser will contact you soon after your purchase to begin. Depending upon which service you selected, your adviser will walk through the process with you via email.
Q. Why do I need your service?
A. Because you are either too busy or have already tried to job search yourself without much luck. Job searching on the Internet is very tedious work. We work with the most up to date technologies to get you in front of hiring managers. We help you job search better. We have learned how to tailor a resume for a certain industry or job function so you don't get screened out. We know what recruiters or hiring managers want to see in cover letters and emails. We put our experience to work for you.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. We have 2 Job Lead packages for Entry to $80k job seekers and 1 package for Executives. In addition, we also provide an hourly and monthly Consulting Service and Outplacement Service to help get you started with a planned or unplanned job search.

Q. What services will I receive?
A. Depending on what package you purchase will depend on the service you receive. With each service, you will be assigned an adviser who will assist you through the entire process. You will have access to them through email for up to 30 days until you feel comfortable.
Q. What method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed through an outside payment processor. This provides you a level of security as we do not know your credit card information.
Q. Can you guarantee that I'll get a job?
A. We wish we could. What we can guarantee is that we will assist you with finding Job Leads. Once these leads are found, you turn your charm on to get hired. We will help you open doors.
Q. Do you have a Guarantee?
A. Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with the level of service we promised to provide, let us know and we will make it better. If we cannot, we will refund your money.

Q. How are you different from a job bank?
A. We don't post jobs here like a typical job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, Craigslist, etc.). We help you structure your resume, cover letter and job search techniques to find the Job Leads you are looking for.
Q. What job banks do you search?
A. If you purchase a package who uses the Automated Job Search technology, your job search will cover a number of job banks including America's Job Exchange, Dice, Thingamajob, Craigslist, Hireability, HotJobs, Job.com, Monster, Net-Temps, Resume2Work and many more.
Q. Is eCareerCenter.com like other resume distribution services?
A. Most of our packages do not have a resume distribution service in them. The one that does is geared for Executives as they are most often recruited for via executive recruiters. The majority of our packages rely on technology to locate jobs and apply for you. Our packages include the design of an Internet resume and cover letter which increases your chances of getting leads.
Q. What kind of results can I expect?
A. You can expect Job Leads from our work for you. Once we complete your resume designed for your Internet job search, we then submit your information to our technology experts who input your data and begin the search for Job Leads. Our goal is to have you begin receiving Job Leads within 5 business days of resume completion.
Q. What will my job applications look like?
A. Your information is uploaded into our process. Hiring managers will receive your cover letter, resume and contact information in the most impressive way allowed. Each job board processes their data differently. We set your information up in the most effective way for the job board. This allows you to be first to apply for job opportunities and have your first impression be your "best impression."
Q. Can I see a list of jobs I applied to?
A. Yes. If you select one of our packages, you will be able to view a list of jobs you have applied for and the companies applied to. Your adviser will provide you with all the details on how to access these lists based upon your service.
Q. How many jobs will you apply to for me?
A. You will be applied to the number of opportunities available at the time of submission of your data. This number can vary greatly based upon the type of job you are looking for and the industry/industries you are most interested in. Remember, if you select either of the Job Leads Packages, you will have the automated service for 1 YEAR. A lot of jobs come open in 365 days.
Q. How will a prospective employer contact me?
A. A prospective employer will contact you just the same way as if you submitted your information directly to them. You decide what contact information and how they contact you.
Q. Do I need a resume?
A. You do need a resume or general outline of the jobs you have had, education completed and examples of your skills. Typically clients send us an old version of their resume for us to use as a template. If no resume has been developed in the past, then an overview of the above mentioned information will be requested.
Q. Do I need a cover letter?
A. No. We will design one for you that will accentuate your most marketable skills based upon the resume we design. You may approve it before we use it.
Q. How do you personalize my cover letter for each job?
A. We can personalize your cover letter to fit your skills. We use a general letter that changes based upon the job title, company name and contact information within a job posting. This is done automatically with our Automated System.
Q. Is my personal information safe-guarded?
A. Yes. We only provide enough information to a job posting in order to provide the hiring manager with enough confidence you are a serious job seeker. Your adviser will provide you guidelines.
Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Yes. We use the latest encryption software to provide an added level of security to each transaction. Payments are processed through PayByTouch payment solutions. In addition, our advisers do not see any credit card information.
Q. Do you retain my credit card on file?
A. We do not retail your credit card on file. We do retain the last four digits to verify a purchase by you in the event of a problem.
