Our Policy Behind Our Privacy Policy
eCareerCenter wants to keep your privacy in the highest regard. We won't make you read through a number of pages in order to hide what we do with your information. We want our Privacy Policy to be clear, concise and out in the open so that you will review it and feel comfortable on our site, knowing that we have every intention to protect ALL of your personal information. Your personal information includes what you give us when signing in as a member, purchasing a product or service as well as all emails, chat transcripts and notes sent to any member of the eCareerCenter team.

WE DON'T SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE eCareerCenter! We don't sell, transfer, share, transmit or communicate any of your personal information with anyone outside eCareerCenter unless a payment is being processed. Payment processing is done through a third party and outlined below. In addition, our advisers are not privy to any purchase or personal information entered by you when you sign up or purchase a product or service from eCareerCenter. Our site is set up so that the only information transferred to our advisers is your email address and login name.

Use of Information
We do not use the information you provide us for any purpose unless otherwise consented by you. We make every effort to keep you updated on new or existing services you may be interested in. Periodically, targeted messages or announcements will be sent to you via email, your MyCareerCenter page or direct mail. If you do not want to be contacted this way, simply respond to the email or visit our website and request your name be removed from our distribution list.

The only time we will share your information is if so directed by order of a court of law.

Security
We are determined to keep your information private and secure. We have developed our payment system in a way as to keep your personal information protected while transmission of the payment for a product or service is being completed. We encrypt the information in a manner that is up to date with the most current security measures. All of the client data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by using vendors that specialize in providing secure online payment solutions and by not allowing your account and payment information to be accessed via the internet.
